hiya..again!!

i guys..i am back with yet another update...how did u find my new template?? i had got really bored of the previous one..so changed it..

another 5 days left 4 vacations to get over...them i am off to my college..for the 3rd sem..we ll be seniors ke bi seniors now..lukg fwd to the freshers who ll b joinin coll in da 1st week of august..hope koi known mil jaye...the freshers party is goin 2 be fun 2...nd v also v da independence day party cumg up in shangri-la..so august is goin 2 b really busy i guess.

we went 4 a nite stay to wet n' wild resorts..somewhere on te jaipur highway near gurgaon. it had dis really cool water park..te rides were scary but fun too...a lot of adrenaline rus..esp in dis ride which ad dis really long steep tunnel slide which opened into a huge saucer shaped thing in which u go round nd round wid such amazin speed dat its quite possible 2 get a heart attack at tat very moment!! tis saucer shaped ting further opened into a pool of ice- cold water..so besides a few bruises here nd dere, da possibility of a hrt attack nd the (brrr) chilled water..the ride ws really excitin..lol

we then went huntin 4 food at ard 11pm only to find mcdonalds nd haldirams closed...even the desperate attempt of a gate cras ended in a failure..so now 7 hungry guys..wid not even a faint scent pf food,packed in2 1 car, ready to eat up eachoder, traversin an intimidatin highway full of trucks in the middle of the nite..wot were we 2 do?? so we finally musterd the courage to get food packed from one of the dhabas, whic ws crowded wid drunk trunk drivers, inquisitively starin at a pack of 7 young visitors to there daily restin pt. to be frank, we WERE bit scared..i mean wot cud v have possibly done if a group of dem surrounded us wid knives nd all?? it seems really funny now..but dat time we were quite shaky in the legs!! the biggest dissapointment ws wen we went bak to the resort nd ate the food..well,IT SUCKED!! infact,it ws so bad dat more than half of it ws left to rot in the room..i am pretty sure te resort owners ll b hurlin all kinds of abuses at us rite now..hehe!!

we den played sum amazin rounds of flash...which carried on till 7 in da mornin..after which we finally managed to catch a wink..only to be woken up by a highly pissin off cal from the reception at 11am, remindin us dat the check out time ws 12 noon!!

not knowin wot to do next after checkin out..i tink we took ard 2-3 complete rounds of gurgaon to finally land up at E-ZONE for a good game nd a very competitive game of bowling..nd den we went kartin..after whic we got so hungry that i am sure mcdonalds must v thought we were escaped convicts who had been starvin for centuries..considerin the amt of food v ordered!!

i also saw pirates of the carribean..nd wotever anyone may say. i simply LOVED the movie...esp davie jones nd da huge octopus whose only job seemed to be destroyin ships the moment it used to be set free. the duel b/w jack , william nd da 3rd guy towards the end of the movie ws quite hilarious!! though i still dont understand why knightley 1st let jack sparrow die nd den joins the mission to rescue him from the end of the world??!! nd btw...full apologies to ne1 who hasnt seen the movie but read dis para..lol!!

At home for the vacations ...

hey ppl..i knw its been a really really REALLLY long time since i last updated blog..but ws tied down wid my first yr uni exams...dey got over (PHEW!!),,but da results r still 2 cum...so da anxiety still dere..

i am currently in delhi..njoin my much much needed break..busy wid spendin time at home, catchin up wid old frnds, eatin amazin food..both at home nd outside nd much more..basicallt just tryin 2 chill out after a hectic study schedule..

surprisingly nd amazingly, almos all my skool frnds r free this time, in delhi..nd even thise who dropped a yr to take da entrances again hv now got admission in decent colleges nd just hv dere counsellin to get over wid..so its all masti...

met up wid a lot of frnds...had a nite stay at ketans place in saket wid ujjwal nd adi..ws gud fun..we 1st did karting where i got da highest speed -a 51kmph
(yippee!!), den played sum pool..at EZONE..sumwhere in gurgaon. den we saw dis movie -DATE MOVIE, directed by 2 of da directors of da scary movies nd is basically a spoof on da date movies- my best frnds wedding, wedding planner, hitch, meet da fockers etc etc...wudnt call it funny as most of da laughter ws kind of forced..but neways, cconsiderin we saw da midnite show nd da theatre bein surprisingly jam packed, it ws gud time pass. den v played football at from 2-3 in da mornin.(no dont worry, we r still sane- atleast i tink so..lol)..but da best part ws still to follow..FLASH..where i amazingly won a cool 150 bucks nd poor ujjwal had 2 go bak home empty walleted (*evil grin* ;0)..we finally managed 2 sleep at 9am.

also met up wid mridu in da rajouri malls where i did a lil bit of shoppin in westside..den we went to da malls food-court where v ate sum amazin butter chicken nd
mutton at 1 of da north indian food counters..though da funniest nd most memorable part of dat days trip ws wen we were exitin da food court. poor mridu, mistook da glass doors to be open space nd walked rite into them- only to hv her head banged into them, a few shocked stares from ppl nd a LOT of embarrasment..but ne1 who knows mridu chadha will understand dat wid wid her- such things r pretty commonplace ;0

i recently discovered dis cool online community called "orkut"..nd ws amazed to find almost da entire dps dere..it has a lot of features nd rite now i am completely logged into it..i suggest all of u who havent joined it yet shud go nd get themselves registered rite away if u wanna find old lost friends or acquantinces...

shit man..college is openin on da 31st...den we ll be gettin r dreaded results..so basically just abt 10 days left in delhi..den bak to da grind..

HOLI HAI!!

a BELATED HAPPY HOLI to all u readers!!

my first holi in hostel was great fun!!the first of its kind for me...it began wid porno banging at my room door at 8 o'clock in the morning...and then literally shoving me outside the hostel gates...only to be greeted by an egg bursted on my head and a bucketfull of water thrown on me!!then we were one by one thrown into ditches full of wet mud nd then had it smeared all over ypur body...not to meantion the usual colours nd all...

well, it didnt end there..realizing we were too dirty to step into the hostel..we went for a dip into the nearby seti river..brr..the water was cold..but was amazing!!
the only slight embarrasment was when someone pulled me into the water and my T-shirt got torn!! lol!

yesterday was out batch party in hotel shang-ri-la. it was the combined birthday party pf 13 ppl of our sem and was loads of fun.danced a hell lot and the food was great too..will put up the pics here soon..

yippee..i will be going home in abt 10 days time..cant wait..so excited!!
its benn a 3 month break this time.seems sooo long!

it has been snowing in the high peaks..and the range is looking beautiful!! truly a breathtaking sight..bit ppl here are so engrossed in there lives..dat we hardly get time to just sit and admire it!!

Of dingy caves and diarrhoea...

hey...days seem to be rolling by..bunked the 1st fnt of 2nd sem. the 2nd one was kinda ok ok..will pass in 5-6 hopefully.

last saturday was a day out..went to mahendra cave first. it was dark and wet( coz of the water dripping from the roof which was full of tiny calcites)..but it was fun..took some pics as well.then went to bat cave..we were a little anxious at first coz we had just studied some diseases in micro. which could be caught in bat caves. its was really really dark.the entrance was tunnel-like(really narrow though)..but then we came across a gigantic cave. when the guide threw some light on the cieling..thusands of bats could be seen sticking on to it.kinda scary initially but was quite an adventurous experience!!

i am really tired rt now..went to mp..had to walk kms it seemed..had loads of stuff to do..plus i am suffering from diarrhoea..its either cowloon or the punjabi restraunt.if not..it has to be the BLOODY MESS FOOD!!! i am actually sick of eating boiled rice and some yucky leafy vegetables whose names i still havent figured out..

weather here is changing..becomin cool from cold..and it becomes really pleasant when it rains occasionally.

the fresher's party was pretty cool..the good perfomances being aseem's dance,the juggling act by one of the freshers, sharmila's "yaaron", the bhangra and the backstreet' back dance by the junior girls.it reminded us of our fresher's party which seems as if it took place yesterday only. i remember i had to find a "coin" in a plate pull of flour by blowing into it.The end-result being THERE WAS NO COIN and i was covered with flour from head to toe!!the others were made to do dance on "choli ke peeche kya hai" wearin boxers, kajra re dance etc.
